Tim Heimdal stands by his 90 foot mural of Kakwa Falls, in the first image of this gallery. The mural is about the same height as the waterfall, itself. "Kakwa Falls" was painted on the Telus building in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada in 1986.

Sets and murals for major events such as the 1995 Canada Games and the 2010 Arctic Winter Games may be seen here: Grande Prairie Art Gallery commissioned Mr Heimdal to paint the legacy mural "Spirit of the Arctic Winter Games", now featured in The Canadian Encyclopedia.

Tim won the Louise McKinney Scholarship, twice, at Alberta College of Art and Design, where he studied painting.
